This is your opportunity to have your own affordable piece of hunting land just in time for the hunting season. The land consists of 37 acres, nearly all wooded, with 2 hunting blinds and road frontage on 2 roads plus access from C.R. 61 where you can drop off one of the guys to hunt the back end of the property. Part of the land was timbered recently; the other parcel has some nice trees. The mineral rights have been reserved by a previous owner and do not transfer.

Terms: Hunting Rights transfer with the down payment. There is no buyer’s premium. A 10 % non- refundable down payment is due at the end of the auction.
