Notes: Most of the machinery sits outside and is very rough. There will be no open house. Stop in, and walk the land at your convenience.
Real estate terms: a 10 percent nonrefundable down payment is required at the auction. The balance will be due at closing in approx. 45 days. A 10 percent Buyer’s Premium is in effect. Announcements at the auction precede all previous ads and statements.
