We are pleased to bring you one of the most exciting land auctions of the year! The Chumney property is situated in a peaceful, beautiful Tuscarawas County location, and with the land being offered in 28 parcels, there is definitely something for everyone: Investors, hunters, farmers and those looking for the perfect rural recreation or homesteading site. Terms: A 10 percent downpayment is due at the auction, with the balance due at closing in approx. 60 days. A 5% Buyer’s premium is in effect. The sellers will pay for the survey. Acreage and frontage amounts are approximate and subject to final survey and county approvals. Buyers are responsible for any CAUV recoupment if applicable.

Note: The 520 acres will be sold with the mineral rights at Absolute Auction.

The additional mineral rights will be offered subject to seller’s confirmation. The additional mineral rights are located next to the 520 acres. Potential Buyers must independently investigate and confirm any information with regard to the title to any of the oil and gas and mineral rights.
