Terms: A 10 percent nonrefundable down payment is due at the auction. The balance will be due at closing in approx. 60 days. 10 percent buyer’s premium in effect. Buyers will be charged $500 per parcel for survey. Lot splits, acreage and frontage amounts are approximate and subject to final survey/county approval. HBP mineral rights transfer to the buyers. Free gas will be available to the buyers of parcels 2 and 6, and natural gas will be available to all parcels as per the lease. Announcements at the auction precede previous statements and ads. Hunting rights transfer immediately, upon receipt of proper down payment.
